Ikoyi Garden Plaza is a mixed-use scheme on Awolowo Road, developed for a private client. Retail units occupy the ground and mezzanine levels, with office floors above and serviced apartments at the top of the building around a planted terrace.

Sekibat is appointed as development and project manager. The frame is complete and cladding is in progress. Commercial terms for the retail and office floors are held by the owner.
